Dear Guests, welcome to “La Bottega della Scuderia” in Badia a Passignano, the heart of Chianti Classico. Inside our cellar dating back to the end of the 1400s just in front of  the Abbey, you will taste extra virgin olive oil and a selection of great wines from Tuscany and Italy: Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Bolgheri Superiore, Barolo, Barbaresco, Amarone. We will introduce you to the tasting techniques, the different production areas and the reason why our wines and our olive oil have a relevant importance in the world. We will explain the whole wine process from the soil to production, from destemming to fermentation, from vinification in steel and barrels to bottling.

You also have the possibility to buy and ship all our varieties of wines and olive oil all over the world.
