Cooking Class: During the course partecipants will prepare a complete Tuscan lunch: an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert
- Appetizer: Flan di pecorino di Pienza con cipolle caramellate di Certaldo – Pecorino di Pienza flan with caramelized Certaldo onions
- First course: Pici fatti a mano all’aglione - Handmade pici with garlic sauce
- Second course: Polpette della nonna con salsa di pecorino – Grandma’s meatballs with pecorino sauce
- Dessert: Tiramisù

Tour of the Badia di Passignano with the Monks, also called the Abbey of San Michele Arcangelo a Passignano that is a historic Benedictine abbey located atop a scenic hilltop, surrounded by cypresses. The abbey became one of the major sites of theVallombrosan order and itself a wealthy landowner by the mid-14th century. The refectory houses frescoes by Domenico Ghirlandaio and his brother Davide. The frescoes have been much restored over the last century.
