How your day will be
Truffle Walk & Discovery
Your day begins at 10 a.m., as the morning light spills over the rolling Chianti hills. You’ll follow our licensed truffle hunter and his faithful dog deep into the woods, where silence reigns and every step brings you closer to nature’s hidden treasure. For about two hours, you’ll experience the quiet thrill of the hunt — the patience, the intuition, the joy of discovery.
Premium Wine Tasting in our Historic Wine Cellar
At midday, Antonio (aka Doctor Wine) will welcome you into a 15th-century wine cellar, where time seems to slow and every sip tells a story. Supertuscan, Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo, Bolgheri Superiore — each glass reflects the sun, the soil, and the hands that have carefully tended these vines for centuries. Antonio will guide you through the nuances of each vintage, explain how the land shapes the wine, and reveal why, in Tuscany, wine is never just wine — it’s a way of life.
Truffle Lunch
Savor a lovingly crafted truffle lunch at Ristoro l’Antica Scuderia, featuring local specialties like Burrata al Tartufo, seasonal tagliolini, and tagliata with truffle, paired perfectly with Chianti Classico. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request.
