Hi everyone, I’m Antonio – but most people know me as Doctor Wine.
My journey into the world of wine began with a deep love for the Chianti region, its breathtaking landscapes, and the timeless bond between wine and tradition. This passion led me, three years ago, to embark on a beautiful adventure here at Ristoro L’Antica Scuderia, thanks to the trust and friendship of Stefano and Maria, the heart and soul behind this extraordinary place.
With an informal and heartfelt approach, I guide our guests through curated wine tastings that celebrate the richness of Italian and Tuscan winemaking. From native varietals to international grapes that have found their home in our soils, every sip becomes a story – a chance to discover your personal taste, to connect with the land, and to celebrate life.
